The subject is being investigated for the alleged crime against sexual freedom, in the form of touching, acts of sexual connotation or libidinous acts without consent in its aggravated form, to the detriment of a minor under 14 years of age who suffers from mental disability.
COURT APPROVES MEASURE REQUESTED BY PROSECUTOR
The prosecutor filed the request for preventive detention as a result of the complaint filed by the mother of the victim.
At a hearing, the representative of the Public Ministry reported that the events occurred on June 22 of this year.
It was more than 4:05 p.m. when the minor was walking near the store of the investigated, who calls her and manages to get the teenager to enter her store.

Once inside, the subject takes advantage of the fact that the minor has a mental disability and, grabbing her hand, takes her behind the store counter and begins to make inappropriate touching. Despite the fact that the minor asked to be let go, the accused prevented her from leaving the store.
While this was happening, the mother, worried because the minor did not arrive, decides to go out in search of her. It is in this that, the lady, arrives at the store in order to ask the investigated if she had seen her daughter, and it is there that she observes what was happening to the adolescent, so she asks the neighbors for help .
After that, the subject was taken to the police station for the investigation of the case.
For its part, the technical defense tried to argue a less burdensome measure so that the person under investigation takes the process outside the prison.
