FFOSE rejected Project Neptune

OSE’s Neptuno Project, scheduled to be carried out in the Arazatí spa in San José, involves the construction of a water treatment plant, a new pumping station and an 80-kilometer pipeline.

From the Federation of OSE Officials (FFOSE) they express their rejection of this work for considering it a “privatization project”.

The president of FFOSE, Federico Kreimerman, said in dialogue with radio Monte Carlo that they understand that the solution to increase drinking water in the Metropolitan area is not the one proposed by the Neptune Project.

When asked what is the solution proposed by FFOSE to the need to increase drinking water in the Metropolitan Area, Kreimerman said that the solution should involve a traditional tender and that the plant be operated by OSE officials.
