In that sense, he also did not have the impediments established by SERVIR, his name was not found in the list of sanctioned officials or servers and he did not have a criminal and judicial record.”

The ministry added that Pérez was removed “after learning that said official had a complaint of physical abuse filed by a communicator, the MTC has immediately arranged to annul the recent appointment of Pérez Santa Cruz to the position of executive director. of Decentralized Provías”.
