Three months of coercion of a minor who threw excrement at a presidential helicopter

EL SEIBO- The judge of the Justice of the Peace, Laura Rojas, issued a three-month coercive measure to a minor who threw a bag of excrement at one of the presidential helicopters, during a visit made by President Luis Abinader to this province.

The adolescent resident of the Ginandiana sector was arrested by the prosecutor Wilfredo Pelegrín (Pipe), in charge of the case.

The event occurred when the minor took advantage of the takeoff of one of the Armed Forces helicopters from the Papi Sepúlveda stadium in the Ginandiana sector, to throw a bag that contained some rags and alleged feces, as well as a stone.

The minor, whose name is not revealed for legal reasons, was taken to the El Orador police station, and this Tuesday a coercive measure was announced by Judge Laura Roja.

On the other hand, relatives of the minor indicated that the young man suffers from “mental disorders” and committed a prank without the knowledge of his parents or guardians.

When the event happened, the president Louis Abinader exhausted a work schedule delivering resources to producers.
