Those arrested were identified as Jorge de la Cruz, Fernando Bonilla Pérez and Darío Manuel Pichardo.
According to a press release, they were being followed up through intelligence work.

The detainees will be sent to the District Attorney’s Office for the corresponding legal purposes.
