The first point affected was kilometer 39 of the Central Highway in the Ricardo Palma sector, where a ravine was activated causing flooding and blocking the road, for which the vehicles were stranded for several minutes, later Deviandes with heavy machinery They cleaned up the area.

The second affected point was kilometer 138 at the height of Ticlio on the Central Highway due to the moderate snowfall that covered the track and put vehicular traffic at risk. Many drivers preferred not to take risks, so they stopped their vehicles and waited for the storm to stop. .
