WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS STANDARD?

THIS IS HOW THE CTS WILL BE CALCULATED FOR TEACHERS

Is there a way to calculate the of teachers in public schools in the country. This will be done per year or fraction greater than six months of services that the teacher has worked.

In this sense, it is established that the contracted teacher receives his CTS at the end of your employment relationship and you will be able to enjoy the 100% of your full monthly remuneration (RIM).

Likewise, the appointed education assistant will be given to him at the time of his dismissal and may receive 100% of his monthly remuneration (RM), per year or fraction greater than six months of work.

While the contracted education assistant will also enjoy this benefit when their employment relationship ends. From that moment he will be able to enjoy 100% of his RM per year or all the months and days of services worked.
