According to the Control Visit Report No. 024-2022-OCI/5338-SVC, which was prepared by the Office of Institutional Control (OCI), there are three observations on the execution of the project “Improvement of the operational and resolution capacity of the services of the Pazos Health Center, Pazos district, Tayacaja province, Huancavelica department”.

The first observation detected were the technical deficiencies and observations in the infrastructure of the work. According to the report, these deficiencies would affect the proper functioning of the work.

Likewise, the other observation was the existence of unfinished work and items in the infrastructure of the Pazos Health Center. According to OCI, this puts at risk the fulfillment of the goals and the timely operation of the project.

The last observation was the inadequate storage of medical equipment, accessories and furniture of the project and lack of protection, which limit their verification and real existence. The staff of the Comptroller’s Office warns that this can affect the state of conservation, cause deterioration and cause loss of goods.

In the documentation, OCI also recommends the regional governor of Huancavelica, Maciste Díaz, adopt corrective and preventive actions, which must be reflected in a plan that, in turn, must be sent to OCI.

It should be noted that the work in question began on March 25, 2014, and due to various situations it has not yet finished.
