Police officers attached to the Central Directorate of Investigation (DICRIM)captured in the province of San Cristóbal a man who was wanted by arrest warrant as the alleged perpetrator of the death by contusive blows of a private security guard, whose service weapon was also stolen, in an incident that occurred in the Paraíso expansion, of the National District, on June 16.
The detainee is Ángel Emilio Santana Martínez (a) Tinito and/or El Sereno46 years old, who had against him the arrest warrant No.0019-2022, dated 06-18-2022.

According to the preliminary report, Santana Martínez (a) Tinito and/or El Sereno was wanted for being accused of killing private security guard Orfelio Ernesto Ventura, 43, by throwing a block at his head when he was lying on the ground. of the company where he worked, located on John F. Kennedy Avenue, in the National District.
The report adds that the detainee, after taking his life, stole the Carandaí brand pistol, caliber 9mm, serial No. T062005C04206, which was recovered by the investigators of the case.
The detainee will be placed at the disposal of the Public ministry for the corresponding legal purposes.
