Since the Government announced a new rate segmentation in gas and electricity services, it was also communicated that users must fill out a form if they wish to maintain the subsidies of the State.
However, this financing of the Executive Power will only be granted to citizens with lower incomes, this given that, subsidies will be exclusively for the most vulnerable populations.
In this sense, All gas and energy users must complete the Registration of Access to Energy Subsidies (RASE) form, through the ANSES (National Social Security Administration), in order to determine whether or not the subsidies.
Although this registry is not yet enabled, the Government anticipated that two groups will not have to complete the form. The first group is the electrically dependent, who do not have to fill out the register for electricity but must for gas.
The second group refers to users, in whose domicile a public welfare entity operates. In this case, the procedure should not be carried out, but the differential rate for this type of entity can be requested.
As for the registration for the rest of the users, this will be enabled in the coming days and can be done through the ANSES web portal, or at any of its offices.
To request the subsidyin addition to completing the RASE form it will be necessary to present an affidavit, which will also be available in digital format.
What data will be requested in the form
To maintain financial support of the State in electricity and gas rates, citizens must, in addition to meeting certain requirements, especially economic ones, fill out a form in which they must provide their personal data.
Socioeconomic data, employment status, income level, address, gas and electricity services, among other details, will also be requested to determine which segmentation group the user will belong to.
