“The execution of guarantees was not managed by the Operations Management of the Mivivienda Fund in its capacity as administrator of the processes, control of guarantees, request for disbursement of execution and rendering of accounts of the BFH of the Techo Propio program, which should have carried out the respective follow-up”, adds the document.

Given all this, the Comptroller’s Office has determined the alleged civil and administrative responsibility of 10 officials, former employees of the Mivivienda Fund and has recommended that the corresponding actions be taken to determine the responsibilities of those involved.
