Cuban government repatriates 178 Haitians

President Luis Abinader speaks today at the Dominican Medical College during the opening of the contest for the National System of Medical Residencies, in which he announced the inclusion of 200 new places to add 1,200 throughout the country.  Accompanied by the Ministers of Public Health, Daniel Rivera, and of Higher Education, Franklin García Fermín;  of the rector of the UASD, Emma Polanco, and other officials, he highlighted the role of health professionals who specialize through residencies.
