Worker killed by two shots

A 35-year-old worker was killed by thieves who tried to steal his property, according to police versions.

In this case, the fatal victim was identified as Manuel Alejandro Rengifo (35) who worked selling pork rinds in the Vista Hermosa sector, Petare, Sucre municipality (Miranda) where he also lived. The man finished his work late last Saturday night and began his return home.

On the way, he was intercepted by two men who were traveling on a motorcycle. The grill man pointed a gun at him and demanded all his possessions.

The worker resisted and the gunman fired two shots at him that caused his death at the scene. The Homicide Investigations Hub opened a file.
