The Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) detained Juan Rafael López Prieto, deputy director of the Fénix Lara Penitentiary Center, located in Uribana, Iribarren municipality (Barquisimeto), Lara, according to judicial sources. This subject is accused of committing cruel treatment and improper use of a firearm to the detriment of four prisoners of the prison establishment, revealed the source.
