This Wednesday it was learned that Grupo Cipriani has already started pre-selling the luxury apartments that make up its project Cipriani Ocean Resort, Club Residences & Casino, in Punta del Este.
The apartments that will be built where the San Rafael hotel used to be will have a value between US$6,500 and US$7,850 per m2Therefore, the apartments will sell for between US$1,085,500 and US$10,456,200.
The most expensive apartment is the 1,332m duplex penthouse2which has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three toilets and five terraces. It also has a cinema, its own cellar, elevator playroom and private pool, among other amenities.
The complete plant unit measures 666m2 with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and toilette and also has a cinema and laundry room, among others.
Then there are the mid-floor units and the corner unit, which are the cheapest, and therefore have fewer amenities. They measure 333m2 and 167m2 respectively.
In construction
