For the management and administration of said resources, the Ministry of Women He had worked with three foundations: the Los Angeles Civil Association, the Association for Sustainable Inter-Institutional Development (ADIS) and the Evolution Foundation.

Estigarribia confirmed that this accusation of alleged misappropriation of funds involves the management of former minister Nilda Romero. “Disbursements had to be tracked, but there are testimonies from peasant women who confirm that they did not receive the money”, he indicated.

During the raid, documentation was found confirming the agreements with the foundations and the payment orders, however, there is no support for the consideration in favor of the State or a control of the execution.
