The victim is identified as Siomer Nuñez, who was held captive since May 17 in the Campo Seco sector, Aragua de Barcelona, Anzoátegui.
Through telephone traces, agents from the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas) arrived at the site where Siomer Enrique Núñez Marcano was, who proceeded to rescue her “in optimal conditions,” according to the report.
