“I feel confused, I don’t know how to assimilate everything that is happening to me, because we all have dreams and when it seemed that I was going to fulfill them, things happened and that shocks me a lot,” Rubén Medina, the cadet released from the Academy.

The young man, still visibly affected by the situation, mentioned that they were three years of long struggle, where he went through all kinds of tests and that there was only a year and a half left to reach the goal he had set for himself when he started his career at the Academy. Military.

“I would not know how to explain how I feel, what direction to give my life because that was my dream and it was not possible. They cut short my dreams and this fight is so that other young people don’t go through the same thing as me. I feel disconcerted because one day they expel me, and the next, they call me to testify”, lamented the young man.

As for the robbery complaint against him, he denied said accusation, so this morning he appeared before the Military Justice to offer his version and prove his innocence.

He maintained that he does not know what guarantees he has about the process, however, he said that he has faith and trusts the authorities in charge so that they can clear his name, since he is accused of something he did not do.

“We make the complaint together so that other young people do not go through what I am going through. This is a race that you have to put your heart into and continue, but it is not easy to be in there either, ”she specified.

It is worth mentioning that last week the father of the attacked cadet said that his son suffered “trauma to soft parts of the head, both elbows and left hand.”

The complaint was filed with the Capiatá Prosecutor’s Office, where he stated that at hour 25, the oldest cadets abuse the cadets of lower years.
