The president of the Cambio Democrático party, Rómulo Roux, in an interview with Radio Panama, referred to the internal elections of the Secretary for Women and the Secretary for Youth that will be held this Sunday, March 19.

«This Sunday, March 19, we have an electoral party where we will choose our conventional ones at the national level and we will choose our secretary for women and the secretary for youth, we are supporting Ana Giselle Rosas for the Secretary for Women and Nery Rivas for the Secretary of Youth and we support them because they are people who are committed to our political party, they are not candidates devoted to other parties or who work for the PRD,” Roux said.

Regarding pressure from other parties in the internal elections of Cambio Democrático, Roux sent a message to the Electoral Tribunal “It is important that the Electoral Tribunal does not allow itself to be pressured by the National Assembly and we as a country have to be vigilant, because there is an attempted interference by the PRD in the management of the Electoral Tribunal, I want to trust that the magistrates will do their job and will not succumb to this type of political pressure.

On the subject of the Fentalino medicine that was stolen from the Social Security Fund, Roux believes that the truth should be told, that it was a robbery «It makes me laugh that they talk about disappearance, that was stolen, that is an inside job, someone inside the Social Security Fund stole that or allowed it to be stolen, here you have to say who they are, the names, regardless of whether or not they are from the government political party, this is part of the influence of drug trafficking in our country.” . Roux pointed out.
