Panama reports 288 new cases of Covid-19, 2 deaths and 468,661 recovered

The report of the Epidemiology department of the Ministry of Health (Minsa) reveals that in the world until this Saturday, December 4, 265,344,804 confirmed accumulated cases of Covid-19 and 5,261,661 deaths are counted for a lethality of 2%.

In Panama, 478,831 confirmed accumulated cases of Covid-19 are reported to date, of which 288 are new cases; In the last 24 hours there were two deaths for a cumulative 7,373 deaths and a fatality of 1.5%.

Those recovered amount to 468,661, of which 245 are new recovered. In the last 24 hours, 7,088 tests were applied for a positivity of 4%.

The accumulated cases total 2,797, divided into 2,681 in home isolation and 116 hospitalized. Those who are in isolation are divided into 2,595 at home and 86 in hotels. There are 98 hospitalized in the ward and 18 in the ICU.
