The information was published on the Twitter social network account @INAMEH, from the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh), in which it reports that fragmented cloudiness can be seen in the rest of the country.

Tropical Wave number 8 continues its movement in western Venezuela; interacts and reinforces the activity of the Intertropical Convergence Zone, causing abundant cloudiness with rainfall of variable intensity, some accompanied by electrical activity and eventual gusts of wind, especially after noon; in the Northeast, Delta Amacuro, Guayana Esequiba, Bolívar, Amazonas, Central and Western Plains, North Coastal Center, Insular region, Yaracuy, the Andes and Zulia.
