The former deputy and economist Fernanda Vallejos denounced this Wednesday the existence of a “factual power that decides outside the law” and called for getting involved to “refound the republic” and that power be “in the hands of the people.”
This is how Vallejos stated on his Twitter account, after the ruling of the Federal Oral Court 2 that sentenced the vice president, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, to six years in prison and perpetual disqualification from holding public office.
“There is a factual power -economic, media, political and judicial- that decides, outside the law, on the life, liberty, and patrimony of people; that manipulates, against the right to the truth, the conscience of society; that coerces the constitutional powers, ”denounced the former deputy. Along these lines, she maintained that“ there is, barely, an appearance of democracy.
The last word will be the people. Because history has always been written to the beat of the struggle. And we Peronists know very well that there is only one invincible thing on earth: the will of the people.#TodosConElla

“You have to say it with all the letters. But above all, so that the sovereign, the people, get involved,” he insisted.
The leader of the Agrupación Soberanxs warned that “it is not enough with a never again that never removed the rotten structures, which did not condemn those responsible and civilian beneficiaries of the last dictatorship and all the atrocities suffered in previous decades, which are the same” .
He added that “It is not enough and it will not be enough until the power is effectively in the hands of the people, to remove the laws -even intact- of the dictatorship of 1976 and the Washington consensus of the 1990s, to dictate a democratic National Constitution that expresses a national agreement on a sovereign project”.
In this sense, he called to “get involved to re-found the republic and get out of this state of institutional, media and judicial coup, in which we have been living for many years now.”
Finally, he assured that “The last word will be the people. Because history has always been written to the beat of the fight. And we Peronists know very well that there is only one invincible thing on earth: the will of the peoples”.
