The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), in issue 291 of its bulletin, highlighted the advance to a new era of transition to Socialism, framed in the 3R.NETS.

This was published by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, through his Twitter account, @NicolasMaduro, where he highlighted that this is one of the relevant issues to analyze in the 291st edition of the PSUV Newsletter.

Another of the published topics deals with the revolution expressed from the militant exercise of the public function, where he explains that it consists, fundamentally, in overcoming a model and the real and practical implementation of another proportionally opposed one.
