The Sembrando Program, the Unidos para Ayudar Foundation and the National Sports Secretariat donated two Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) to the department of Cerro Largo. This action is framed in an intense work agenda of the institutions. In this case, they will benefit the Municipal Gymnasium of Fraile Muerto and the Sports Plaza of Melo.
Continuing with the agenda, headed by the First Lady, Lorena Ponce de León, they held a training session for entrepreneurs and people with business ideas. In which they acquired knowledge in digital and consumer marketing, advertising, digital tools, exports and legal framework.
The seminar, in which more than 120 people participated, was accompanied by the mayor of the department, José Yurramendí.
In addition, a donation of children’s books was made to the director of culture of the Municipality, Antonio Cardozo, to be distributed in educational institutions. They then visited Unit No. 15 of the INR, where one of the greenhouses of the Nuestra Huerta program is located.
