The Conat, an elite force made up of 7,000 men, was activated by President Duque in February of last year.

No arrests of the ELN
“This complex would be valued at more than four million dollars, money with which these illegal groups seek to illegally finance weapons to attack the Public Force and the civilian population,” the Army said.
