Cibao FC returns to the final of the Dominican Soccer League

Mocha.- Cibao FC continues its dominance in the Dominican Soccer League, when this Saturday it returned to the LDF final, drawing 1-1 with Moca FC, in a match held at the Moca 85 Olympic stadium.

Cibao won the first leg 1-0 in Santiago, putting the aggregate score 2-1 in his favor and thus advancing to the LDF 2022 final.

It is the fifth final that the orange machine has attended in its history in the LDF.

It was a combination of centrals. A center by Colombian Daurin González from midfield towards the area to his compatriot Julio Murillo who, practically from the edge of it, headed the ball into goal 21 beating goalkeeper Odalis Báez, and thus the team from Santiago took advantage 1 -0 in the match.

The Santiago team advances to the last phase of the tournament and the Mocanos fail in their chance to attend this stage for the first time.

Cibao FC already has the ticket to attend the next Caribbean international tournament, representing the LDF 2022 by winning the regular phase of this tournament.
