Through a statement, the BROU reported that, due to a problem in its computer system, it remained without activity in branches and in the e-BROU, throughout this Monday, September 26. ATMs and pos did work normally.
It was also reported that the bank’s technical services are working together with IT service providers to resolve the problem, which is scheduled for this Tuesday 27, from the early hours of the morning.
The BROU assured that all maturities are postponed for this Tuesday.
“From BROU we want to apologize for the inconvenience caused,” said the banking institution.
