Carlos Ocariz announces the creation of a movement for the promotion of property in Venezuela

The leader of Primero Justicia, Carlos Ocariz, stressed that the initiative that seeks to promote the promotion of property has nothing to do with any political party. “It is a movement that is born from the base, from the bowels of the communities to bring definitive solutions to problems,” he said.

The former mayor of the municipality of Sucre in the state of Miranda and leader of Primero Justicia, Carlos Ocarizpresented the creation of a National Movement for Direct Democracy and Property in Venezuela.

The initiative aims to “bring quick and effective solutions” to all communities in Venezuela, as well as the “promotion of property.”

Ocariz maintained that it is not a political party. “While some create organizations that are street bosses, battle bosses, here an initiative without political distinction is born that seeks to bring solutions to problems closer to the people. Just as we did in the Mayor’s Office of Sucre, in Petare with the participatory budget, we will do it throughout Venezuela».

The leader of Primero Justicia invited all Venezuelans who wish to belong to this movement, write to the email [email protected] He indicated that through said email address “you can send us your concern.”

He reiterated that Venezuelans require “quick solutions” to the problems that afflict each community. “In this country we have to do away with so much bureaucracy. A contractor is never going to solve what ails the inhabitants of a neighborhood. It is time for the people, through a control body, to be the owner of their future. That the communities prioritize and decide what to invest their resources in.”

Regarding the promotion of property, he pointed out that in Venezuela “very few people have their property title and worse still, we see how property is used as political blackmail from those in power. In Sucre we deliver property at no cost, we grant that role to the legitimate owners who have occupied a space for years. This is progress, this is true popular power.
