Biden’s son under scrutiny for ties to biolaboratories in Ukraine

Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden, is today under the microscope of justice and public opinion for the investigations into illicit financial activities and the apparent links with bio-laboratories in Ukraine.

Media such as The New York Post confirmed that Russia’s accusation that the president’s descendant “financed” biological laboratories in Ukraine, where Moscow is implementing a military operation to demilitarize and denazify the neighboring nation, is true, according to the Kremlin.

According to emails reviewed by the Post, Hunter helped conclude a multimillion-dollar contract between the US government and the medical company Metabiota, which provided services to Black&Veatch, another Pentagon contractor that built biological facilities on Ukrainian soil.

Previously, the British newspaper Daily Mail reported that it obtained emails from a Hunter laptop confirming the $500,000 investment in Metabiota through his company Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners.

The documents found suggest that Hunter had a prominent role in ensuring that Metabiota was able to conduct its pathogen research only a few hundred miles from the Russian border, the article states.

The Russian Defense Ministry last week accused the Rosemont Seneca Thornton investment fund and the Soros Fund of participating in the financing of alleged Pentagon-sponsored biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine.

The involvement of structures close to the current leadership of the United States is striking, in particular, the investment fund led by Hunter Biden in the financing of these facilities, reported Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, commander of the Radiological Protection Forces, Chemical and Biological of the Russian Army.

Parallel to this matter, the investigation of the United States Department of Justice into the commercial activities of Hunter Biden gained strength in recent days.

The investigation initiated in 2018 refers to his multiple financial and commercial activities abroad dating back to when the father of the 52-year-old lawyer was vice president of Barack Obama (2009-2017) and analyzes whether there was money laundering or tax evasion.

The CNN chain recalled today how the ongoing investigation raises questions about the ethics and behavior of the president’s son, which fuels the political attacks of his opponents.

In 2019, then-President Donald Trump pushed Ukraine to investigate the Bidens over Hunter’s work for Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, eventually leading the Republican mogul to his first unscathed impeachment trial.

This Tuesday, the former head of the White House, publicly in an interview with the Just The News program, asked the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, to reveal “any dirt” he may have on Hunter Biden.
