Next week, the Special Commission of the National Assembly (AN) that will Identify the Scope and Responsibilities of Donald Trump’s Confessions against Venezuela will present a preliminary report to the plenary, as well as the list of citizens and organizations responsible for violating the Venezuelan legal system.
This was reported by deputy Pedro Infante, president of the Commission, quoted in a Press release of Parliament.
Infante explained that the special commission will release a file with evidence and arguments organized, chronologically, of the actions against Venezuela and the unilateral coercive measures by the United States Government, especially on the measures imposed by Donald Trump, who revealed his crimes against the country last June, when he confessed that tried to appropriate Venezuelan oil.
Likewise, the parliamentarian specified that natural and legal persons have violated the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (CRBV), the Penal Code, the Organic Law of Asset Forfeiture, the Law for the Protection of Assets, Rights and Interests of the Republic and its Entities Abroad and the Organic Law Against Organized Crime and Financing of Terrorism, among other regulations.
Trump’s confessions and attacks against Venezuela
The president of the Commission pointed out that the objective of going to meet the organizations that make up the National Public Power, among which he highlighted the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic, the Supreme Court of Justice, the of the People and the Ministry of Popular Power for Foreign Relations, to go to the debate with the Venezuelan people.
He stressed that the parliamentary instance is reviewing the international legal system, including the Rome Statute and the United Nations (UN) charter, to denounce the plans and aggressions of the United States Government against Venezuela, through which they tried to assassinate the president. of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and steal Venezuelan assets, such as oil and gold.
Infante recalled that this year marks the 200th anniversary of the Monroe Doctrine, through which US imperialism maintains the old conception of “America for the Americans” and considers that Venezuela is their backyard, “they believe that Venezuela and its Oil belongs to them,” he concluded.
