The National Assembly (AN) approved this Tuesday the draft Agreement to commemorate the 94th anniversary of the birth of Fabricio Ojeda.
The project was presented by the deputy to the AN for the Trujillo state, Yolmar Gudiño, who stressed that Ojeda’s legacy remains in force during the administration of President Nicolás Maduro.
“President Maduro is fulfilling the legacy of Fabricio Ojeda, that is why we must assume the commitment to the loyalty of Fabricio Ojeda to continue the battles we have. We are next to Fabricio Ojeda’s rifle, because the Venezuelan people are not alone,” expressed during his participation before the AN.
Fabricio Ojeda is remembered for heading the Patriotic Board, a clandestine body created with the sole intention of overthrowing the dictatorial regime, an achievement that crystallized on January 23, 1958 under the leadership of Ojeda.
