A 19-year-old boy was arrested in San Fernando de Apure for allegedly selling videos of fights between students.
The information was presented by the Cicpc on its social networks where they report that the detainee is Anthony de Jesús Monserattia Freite (19), denounced by the mother of an assaulted student.
The monitoring of the officials led to the location of a video that the subject partially posted on his Facebook account where the harassment suffered by a student at the Manuel Félix Cortez Bolivarian High School can be seen. In his publication Freite informed his followers that if they wanted to see the full video they should contact him at the private number.
In another incident, the Cicpc arrested Lixaidy Del Carmen Fariña Narváez (39) in Guatire (Miranda) for disseminating images of the private parts of her 10-year-old daughter, presumably for commercial purposes.
