ANI will deliver the longest bridge of the Vía al Llano

Works awarded for connectivity in Cauca, Chocó and Putumayo

The National Institute of Roads, Invías, through the award of public works for $548,000 million, gave the green light for the connectivity of Cauca, Chocó and Putumayo.

The Minister of Transport, Ángela María Orozco, stated that “These projects awarded for roads in Cauca, Huila, Chocó, Putumayo and Caquetá, through the Reactivation 2.0 program, benefit the southwestern part of the country in terms of connectivity and development”.

For the mobility of the south west of the country, through public tender LPDTE-054-2021, the entity awarded, in 2 modules, works that are part of the Reactivation 2.0 program of the national government and that benefit the departments of Cauca, Huila and collided with total investments of $227,832 million.

The first corresponded to the works for the completion of the variants of the Transversal del Libertador (Popayán – Crucero – Totoró – Inza – La Plata) worth $208,882 million, which will facilitate connectivity between the departments of Cauca and Huila.

The Nueva Granada CS consortium, made up of Sociedad CSS, Constructores SA (50%) and Sociedad Solarte Nacional de Construcciones SAS (50%) will be in charge of the works that are part of the Reactivation 2.0 program, through which 7 km of variants will be built in Inza, Ullucos, Juntas and Córdoba and 25 km of prioritized sectors will be paved.

The second module was related to the adjudication of the mitigation works that guarantee the connectivity of Bahia Solano- The Valleyin the department of Chocó, as well as the containment works on the side of the pier, worth $18.950 million.

According to Ani, these will be in charge of the Proyectos 22 consortium made up of the Icsa SAS company (47.5%), Civil Technical Society SAS (5%) and the Integral Engineering Projects Company SAS, Proinge SAS (47.5%) .

The Technical and Structuring Director (e) of Invías, Carolina Barbanti noted in turn that “The entity continues to work on different projects that improve and modernize the road network of the regions with the purpose of guaranteeing safe mobility, as well as the access of the communities to commerce, education and health through which a Colombia is generated. more equitable and prosperous in western and southern parts of the country”.

It also reported that through the public tender LP-DTE-055-2021, the Consorcio Vías Colombia was awarded the improvement works in prioritized sectors of 50 km of the Villagarzón – San José del Fragua corridor and the construction of a 1.2 km bridge over the Caquetá river. These works will have an investment of $319,366 million.
