During the afternoon of this Friday there have been demonstrations in the surroundings of Plaza Baquedano, where a hundred people arrived with the demand for the release of the prisoners of the social outbreak.
The demonstrators managed to cut off traffic on Avenida Providencia in both directions, causing the Special Police Forces to act with water and gas cannons.
In social networks they stressed that it was a peaceful demonstration and that the police officers acted repressively before them.
