The program “Women’s Quota” promoted by the National Tourism Service (Sernatur) has opened the possibility for women to apply for all-inclusive trips of three days and two nights in various regions of Chile, from Coquimbo to Los Lagos, with a maximum copayment of $25,000.
This program has 1,500 vacancies available for women who meet the requirements established. The selection of the beneficiaries will be made in order of application, as long as they meet the requirements and the available places range from the Coquimbo region to Los Lagos.
However, Sernatur is working to expand these quotas with these requirementssince the social impact and benefit that this type of program generates is recognized, allowing all people, regardless of their socioeconomic status, to have the opportunity to enjoy a getaway and improve their mental health.
To access the “Women’s Quota“, certain requirements must be met. This benefit is aimed at Chilean or foreign women residing in Chile, who are between 18 and 59 years old, are registered in any of its sections in the Social Registry of Homes and have an identity card. In addition , it is allowed to travel in a group of up to four passengers, each of whom must pay the amount of $25,000 if selected.
The application process for theWomen’s Quota” is done through the cupomujer.sernatur.cl website. There, the travel group must be registered, assigning it a name and providing a contact email, which will then be verified. Subsequently, the required documentation must be uploaded for each one. of the passengers, which includes a copy of the identity card, the Social Registry of Households and, in case of having a disability, attach the corresponding proof. All documents must be in PDF format and be uploaded separately. In addition, a designation must be a representative of the group, who will be contacted by the Sernatur Family Tourism team.
