The clock marked 4:45 am this Wednesday, July 13, when police units helped a 23-year-old girl, who did not manage to reach the hospital on time and gave birth in a police patrol, and it was a police officer who help in childbirth in Soná, province of Veraguas.
In a matter of minutes, the patrol car became a makeshift delivery room and a police officer its midwife.
