The Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominican) organized the participation of the exportable offer in the 38th edition of Expocomeron Panamawhere work is done to identify business opportunities in sectors such as food and beverages, technology, textiles, accessories and industry, among others, with a large number of international buyers.
According to a statement, the fair brings together more than 600 companies from around 30 countries in Asia, Europe and America. “Dominican participation in Expocomer 2022 responds to the actions to promote the country’s exports of goods and services that we promote under the new strategic approach. It is one of the most relevant events in the region in terms of commercial exchange, and our chances of closing agreements are quite high”, said Biviana Riveiro, executive director of ProDominican.
He pointed out that the companies participating in Expocomer they have great opportunities doing business with the Dominican Republic. “It should be noted that the country has six trade agreements, which gives it the potential to reach more than 1.1 billion consumers,” he said.
Likewise, the Dominican exporters present at the event participate in forums, business rounds and establish relationships with potential buyers from three continents. The fair began on March 23 and ends tomorrow.
