Leonardo Loza said that both the Executive and the Plurinational Legislative Assembly are independent bodies and that their position to reject the project is not due to a direct instruction from Evo Morales.

He pointed out that having the Census Law in hand It is a guarantee for citizens to know that the Government and the Supreme Electoral Tribunal will fulfill their task to run the big national survey.

In an interview with EL DEBER, the political analyst Daniel Valverde opined that the Census Law, once approved in the Chamber of Deputies, could be approved in a week in the Senate and then by the president Luis Arce Catacora, as long as there are no observations and obstacles.
