The Vice President of the Republic, José Gabriel Carrizo, reacted to the request for appointments by Deputy Nestor Guardia (circuit 2-1) for members of the Democratic Revolutionary Party.
Although he said he was not aware of the deputy’s statements in the middle of the period of incidents in the plenary session of the National Assembly, he said that the PRD is a group with almost 700,000 people where democracy prevails but that the government is focused on solving the most urgent problems of the population.
Carrizo said that an example of the efforts of the government administration are reflected in the community work tours that take place every week in various communities in the country.
