Venezuela reported 192 cases of covid-19 on the day of #30Jun

Yaracuy was the state that led the daily list of infections by covid-19 by reporting 54 new patients on the day. There are currently 1,880 active cases in the country, of which 1,430 are in home isolation.


Vice President Delcy Rodríguez published in her social networks the bulletin corresponding to the behavior of covid-19 during the day of Thursday, June 30, 2022, in which 192 new cases were detected, all of community transmission.

According to the statistics, the state of Yaracuy was the one that led the list of the 14 entities that reported new patients with this disease, accounting for 54; San Felipe Municipality being the one with the most cases with 22. It is followed by Independencia (15), Cocorote (9), Peña (3), Arístides Bastidas (3), Bolívar (1) and Bruzual (1).

After Yaracuy, Miranda (45), Zulia (42), Capital District -Caracas- (21), Bolívar (16), Monagas (6) continue on the list; Trujillo, Carabobo, Táchira, Anzoátegui, Aragua, Guárico, Apure and Vargas (La Guaira), recorded one new case of covid-19 each.

The states of Mérida, Barinas, Falcón, Lara, Portuguesa, Cojedes, Amazonas, Delta Amacuro, Sucre and Nueva Esparta were left out.

837 days after the first cases of the virus were recorded in the country, Venezuela reports by June 30, 2022 a total of 526,214 cases of the disease and 518,601 recovered patients, which means that 99% of those who have suffered infections They overcame covid-19.

There are currently 1,880 active cases in the country, according to official figures, of which 218 are treated in hospitals; 152 in the Comprehensive Diagnostic Centers (CDI); 80 in private clinics and 1,430 are in home isolation or “supervised community care”.

Delcy Rodríguez reported that in the last 24 hours there was a death from this disease; an 87-year-old man in Zulia state. That brought the total death toll during the pandemic to 5,733.
