The electoral colleges will open this Sunday, November 21 in Venezuela at thes 06:00 am (12:00 am Spanish time), extending the hours until 18:00 pm Venezuelan time (00:30 am Spanish time). The polling stations will remain open until the last citizen who entered before closing time has voted.

To find out where you would have to vote in these elections, you can do so through the website of the National Electoral Council (CNE) of Venezuela. In section “Electoral Registry, Check your Regional and Municipal Election Data 2021“You will be able to locate the more than 1,500 polling stations distributed in the 24 departments of the country. In this section you must enter your identity card number to be able to locate your voting center.
What should I bring to vote in the elections of Venezuela 2021?
In order to vote in elections, citizens must first search the CNE database or any of the 1500 points of the Electoral Registry distributed by the country that is authorized to exercise their right to vote. On the day of voting, you must show the CNE agent your identity card in order to access the voting machines.
Will foreigners be able to vote?
To the November 21 elections Venezuelan voters registered abroad will not be able to participate since they can only do so in general elections. Foreign citizens with more than 10 years of residence in the country and that they are registered in the Electoral Registry they will be able to vote in these regional and municipal elections.
