In the last few hours, the Bolivian police arrested Elbio Horacio Perini Simonettaa Uruguayan who had Interpol Red Notice for the crime of trafficking in controlled substances and participation in organized crime groups in Uruguay, Bolivian Minister Eduardo del Castillo reported.
“We announce to the Bolivian people of the capture of the man (…) The necessary steps are already being carried out so that he is delivered to his country where he will have to answer to the Justice,” said the hierarch, through his Facebook account.
The detainee is 59 years old.
