The Investigative Commission on irregular licenses today voted the following resolution.
Irregularities, omissions and illegalities were verified by the Fenapes leadership and former Secondary school authorities.
The records will be passed on to CODICEN, JUTEP and the Criminal Justice. pic.twitter.com/FyMEmjFcpG— ?????? ???????? (@FelipeSchipani) June 6, 2022
The draft resolution will be discussed in the plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies on June 15.
Among the main considerations, the text approved by the commission indicates that “negligence arose in the control of authorities between 2015 and 2019, which led to omissions, administrative irregularities and conduct with a criminal appearanceoutlined in a resolution dated April 25, 2022, by public officials affiliated” with Fenapes and members of Codicen.
