The criminal organization Tren del Llano resumed the threats through videos addressed to agro-producers settled in the west of the Pedro Zaraza municipality, Guárico, according to testimonies.
In a video that circulated on social networks last week, five armed individuals are observed, one of whom introduces himself as Mariano, who addresses a certain “Morocho”, ordering him to “get on the turn so that you pay the ticket”.
El Mariano has a short weapon in his right hand and an explosive device in his left.
After the video was released, armed individuals murdered a farm worker located between Los Novillos and San Rafael de Laya, municipalities of Pedro Zaraza and José Félix Rivas (Tucupido), Guárico.
The victim is registered as Rafael Celestino Belisario, who was killed with firearms inside the farm. Belisario went to that property to look for some cheeses for sale.
A mixed police-military commission is in charge of the investigations.
