O No Censorship this Monday (30) highlights the Festas Juninas with the presence of singer and communicator Clayton Aguiar. The long-awaited return of the “quadrilhas” and typical caipira parties of the Northeast are the theme of the program. His musical trajectory and years as a radio and television presenter will also be the subject of the relaxed chat he has with journalist Marina Machado.
Clayton Aguiar, is an economist, manager and entrepreneur. He was born in 1950 in the mining town of Coromandel. He moved to Belo Horizonte in 1965, where he studied at Colégio Estadual do Santo Antônio. He arrived in Brasília in 1968. In 1980, with the Funarte Music Festival and the Pixinguinha Fair, he discovered his true vocations: music and communication. He recorded his first album in 1982, a single with the tracks Xote Mineiro and sad longing and arrangements by maestro Leonardo Bruno.
is hired by Brasilia National Radio in 1986 and in the following year he started to present the program Brazil Sertanejoat National Radio of the Amazon. His career as a radio broadcaster has stints on Rádio Jornal de Brasília FM, JK FM, Rádio Globo AM, Rádio Estúdio Brasil and is currently on Super 95 FM in Coromandel. He has also presented television shows on TV Nacional, Band Brasília, Brasil Central de Goiânia and Rede Brasil de Televisão.
The musician returns to the stage in 2022 with the tour Clayton Aguiar – 42 Years on the Music Road. The repertoire of the new show has the artist’s own hits and hits from big names such as Luiz Gonzaga, Raul Seixas, Roberto Carlos, Os Incríveis and Amado Batista.

The program No Censorship airs on Mondays at 9pm, right after the soap opera The Slave Isaurawith broadcast throughout the country on open TV through broadcasters affiliated to the National Public Communication Network – TV, managed by Brazil Communication Company (EBC) and through other platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter and Youtube, where the public can participate using the hashtag #SemCensura.
