“With a face of hatred I’m going to kill you, you don’t know me”, that is one of the many threats that a woman received from her ex-partner, when she decided to get away from him. Since then, the woman lives an ordeal.

In the conversation that both hold, the subject repeatedly threatens to kill the mother of his children.

The call was recorded and is part of a public complaint made by Mujeres Creando. “Listen to the call of a potential feminicide”, can be read in the audio publication.

“Don’t you think about your son, about the Yahir?” asks the victim. In response, the man says: “You are going to be dead. ¿What am I gong to do? I’m going to be in jail, I’m going to be there for 10 years, then they’re going to release me, I’m going to get out anyway. But you will no longer exist in this world.

The aggressor tells the woman that he will kill her “so that you are not behaving like this”.

“You know how I am, I am very sadistic, you are going to see what I am going to do to you”, says the man, spits and seconds later asks him to “fix things”.

“This has no solution, it never has. I have forgiven you several times,” the woman is heard saying.

“I thought you had gone home, I thought you were home already,” the man replies.

The representative of Mujeres Creando, María Galindo, announced that this Tuesday she will present information on cases of femicide that will make “the roof fall on the head” to the Ministry of Government.
