Two alleged members of the Aragua Train were killed during a saturation operation carried out in San Mateo (Aragua), according to military sources.
The deployment was carried out by agents of the regional police of Aragua this Wednesday in the La Cruz sector of the aforementioned Aragüeño municipality where there was an exchange of shots between uniformed men and criminals.
Two of the subjects were injured and later transferred to an outpatient clinic in San Mateo where they died.
At the scene of the event, officials seized a 38 revolver, another 7.65 firearm and a portable radio.
Security organizations are deployed in Aragua to locate and capture the perpetrators of the murder of sociologist Carlos Lanz.
According to what was stated by the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, the murderers of the Chavista leader are members of the Tren de Aragua, a criminal organization allegedly directed from the Tocorón prison, Ezequiel Zamora municipality of the central entity.
