The document, approved at the request of Deputy Sebastián García (PPQ-Capital), requires reports on funds received from public bodies, with detailed explanations of the beneficiaries and the assistance provided to said communities.

Data on all meetings held with public and private institutions are requested, with the respective minutes, and a report on the projects carried out by the institution during the last ten years.

Specifically, data on the beneficiaries, address, program content and evaluations carried out by organizations such as the Comptroller General of the Republic or other national or international entities are requested. A term of 15 days is established to submit the required reports to the Honorable Chamber of Deputies.
