The government would define the amount of the increase between today and tomorrow, after receiving the report from the Ministry of Industry (MIEM).
Considering the latest report on Import Parity Prices (PPI) closed on June 25, the MIEM projection stipulates a rise of $8.34 for Super gasoline and $11.01 for diesel, an increase of 10 .3% and 16.9%, respectively.
In this way, the maximum price for Super 95 gasoline set by the Executive Branch would go from $80.88 to $89.22, while that of diesel would go from $64.99 to $76.
The president of Ancap, Alejandro Stipanicic, said this Monday that so far in 2022 the company gave up revenues of US$93 million for selling below the PPI.
