Four subjects dedicated to fraud via Whatsapp and text messages were captured in Ciudad Guayana (Bolívar) by members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), according to military sources.
The detainees are: José Ángel García Acosta, Kender Benjamin Acuña Aguirre, Edicson David Rauseo Herrera and Keiber Miguel Gallardo Carrillo, members of the Los Aplastantes gang.
Four telephone sets were seized from the subjects. They will be prosecuted for fraud and extortion, among other crimes.
